April Intersectional Painting

The celebrity I have picked who has a intersectional birthday, on April 20, is Grace Coddington.

Aries Intersection Painting, Grace Coddington

In the 1960’s, she was a successful British model, modeling one of the first Vidal Sasson haircuts.

In 1967, however, after a traffic accident, she started working behind the scenes at British Vogue. In 1986, she moved to New York City where she eventually became the creative director at large, for U.S. Vogue, as Guardian writes she “…produced some of fashion’s most memorable imagery. Her pictures (which she directs) might be jolly and decadent or moody and mysterious.”

Here is one of Grace Coddington’s shoots and if one wishes to see how she came into the public eye, watch this clip of The September Issue (2009).
